Ingredients:
| 1 Cup Uncooked Whole Farro |
| 3 Cups Water |
| 1/3 Cup Cilantro, chopped |
| Zest and Juice of 1 Lime |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/4 Tsp Cumin, optional |
Directions:
- Start by preparing the farro. Add the water and farro to a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, partially covered, for 20-25 or until the farro is tender. Drain the farro but do not rinse. Return to the pot.
- Add the cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir to combine. Taste and add additional seasoning, if necessary.
- Serve immediately while still warm.
