Cut the ends off the garlic heads, keeping the head of garlic intact.
Place each head of garlic on a separate piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the aluminum foil to seal the garlic inside. Place in a baking dish for easy transport.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the cloves are soft.
Remove from the oven and open the aluminum foil to allow the garlic to cool for 10-15 minutes.
