Oven Roasted Garlic

2-3 Heads of Garlic
Olive Oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the ends off the garlic heads, keeping the head of garlic intact.
  3. Place each head of garlic on a separate piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the aluminum foil to seal the garlic inside. Place in a baking dish for easy transport.
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the cloves are soft.
  5. Remove from the oven and open the aluminum foil to allow the garlic to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, use a fork to remove the garlic cloves. Combine with butter to make a delicious spread, add to salad dressings, or add to pasta dishes – use the garlic however you like!

8 Tbsp Butter, softened
1 Tsp Parsley
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Paprika
Baguette, for serving
  1. Add the garlic cloves to a bowl. Use a fork to mash the garlic.
  2. Add the softened butter, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  3. Serve on warm baguette and enjoy!
