Ingredients:
| 4 Cups Rice Chex Cereal |
| 12 oz Milk Chocolate Chips |
| 11 oz Bag Kraft Caramel Squares, unwrapped and divided |
| 3 Tbsp Heavy Cream, divided |
| 7 Keebler Shortbread Cookies |
| 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar |
| 3 Twix Candy Bars, chopped |
Directions:
- Place the cereal in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Chop the Twix bars. Set aside.
- Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir to coat.
- Add 15-20 caramel squares to a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 Tbsp heavy cream. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Drizzle over the chocolate coated cereal and stir to coat.
- Add the shortbread cookies to a food processor. Pulse until fine crumbs.
- Add the shortbread crumbs and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add the shortbread/sugar to the chocolate coated cereal and stir to coat.
- Add the chopped Twix bars and stir to combine.
- Pour onto a baking sheet or piece of wax paper on the counter. Spread into an even layer.
- Add 10 caramel squares to a microwave safe bowl. Add 1 Tbsp heavy cream. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Drizzle over the chocolate coated cereal.
- Let sit for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate and caramel to set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container on the counter.
