Ingredients:
| 6 Cups Rice Chex Cereal |
| 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips |
| 3/4 Cup Cookie Butter |
| 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract |
| 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter |
| 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar |
| 1 Batch Edible Cookie Dough, see ingredient list below |
- Make the edible cookie dough (see ingredient list below). Add the butter, light brown sugar, and sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add the flour and salt and mix until combined.
- Add the milk and mix until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix until combined. Set aside.
- Make the chow. Place the cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chocolate chips, cookie butter, vanilla, and unsalted butter to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour over the cereal and stir to coat.
- Add the powdered sugar and stir to coat.
- Crumble the cookie dough into very small pieces and add to the cereal. Stir to combine.
- Pour onto a baking sheet or piece of wax paper on the counter. Spread into an even layer. Let sit for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
