Ingredients:
| 2 Naan Flatbreads |
| 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 lb Bacon, cooked and chopped |
| 2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped |
| 2 Cups Shredded Lettuce |
| 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 Cup Sour Cream |
| Salt and Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet.
- Top each flatbread with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, spread evenly over the top.
- Divide the bacon and tomatoes evenly between each flatbread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the flatbread is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and top each flatbread with 1 cup of shredded lettuce.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. Drizzle over the top of each flatbread.
- Slice and serve immediately. Serve the extra dressing on the side. Enjoy!
