Prosciutto and Arugula Naan Flatbread

Ingredients:
1 Package Naan Flatbread, any flavor
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Dried Oregano
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
6 oz Prosciutto, broken apart
Red Pepper Flakes, optional
Arugula
Balsamic Glaze
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place each Naan on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle each with garlic powder and dried oregano. Top with sliced mozzarella (add as much as you like) and put back in the over for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Top each with prosciutto and bake for another 5 minutes.
In a small bowl toss the arugula with a tiny drizzle of olive oil. Place the arugula on top of each naan. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (optional) and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
