Walnut, Pear & Gouda Naan Flatbread





Ingredients:
| 2 Naan Flatbreads |
| 2 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 6 oz Gouda Cheese, shredded |
| 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced |
| 1/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped |
| 1/2 Pear, thinly sliced |
| 2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze, for topping |
| 1 Handful Arugula, for topping |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place both flatbreads on the baking sheet. Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil on each flatbread.
- Divide the shredded cheese evenly between the flatbreads.
- Top each with red onion and walnuts.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the ingredients are warmed through.
- Remove from the oven and top with pear slices and arugula. Drizzle with a balsamic glaze. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
