Walnut, Pear & Gouda Naan Flatbread

Ingredients:

2 Naan Flatbreads
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 oz Gouda Cheese, shredded
1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1/2 Pear, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze, for topping
1 Handful Arugula, for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place both flatbreads on the baking sheet. Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil on each flatbread.
  3. Divide the shredded cheese evenly between the flatbreads.
  4. Top each with red onion and walnuts.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the ingredients are warmed through.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with pear slices and arugula. Drizzle with a balsamic glaze. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
