Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Ingredients:

Box of Honey Graham Crackers
24 oz Chocolate Almond Bark
24 oz Vanilla Almond Bark
Sprinkles, M&Ms, or Colored Candy Melts, for topping and decoration

Directions:

  1. Break apart the graham crackers and set aside. Line 2-3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate almond bark. Dip the graham crackers, one by one, into the melted chocolate and set on one of the baking sheets. Repeat until all the melted chocolate has been used. Add sprinkles and/or M&Ms to each graham cracker before the chocolate sets.
  3. If you prefer, do not add sprinkles and/or M&Ms and use the colored candy melts to drizzle in a decorative pattern over the top.
  4. Use a double boiler to melt the vanilla almond bark. Dip the graham crackers, one by one, into the melted chocolate and set on one of the baking sheets. Repeat until all the melted chocolate has been used. Add sprinkles and/or M&Ms to each graham cracker before the chocolate sets.
  5. If you prefer, do not add sprinkles and/or M&Ms and use the colored candy melts to drizzle in a decorative pattern over the top.
  6. Once the chocolate is set, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container on the counter.
  7. You should have enough chocolate for approximately 30 graham crackers.
