Bacon Wrapped Tater Tot Cups

8 Slices of Bacon, cut into thirds
36 Tater Tots
Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the bacon in thirds.
  2. Place 2 pieces of bacon in each muffin cup, alternating the direction the bacon lays to create an X.
  3. Place 3 tater tots in each muffin cup.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and the tater tots are crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese. Return to the oven and continue to cook for 5 minute or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped chives, optional.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
