Brownie Batter Chow

Ingredients:

12.8 oz Box Chocolate Chex Cereal
2.5 oz Container Chocolate Jimmie Sprinkles
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:

  1. Add the cereal to a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Add the brown sugar, sugar, and cocoa powder to a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir to coat.
  4. Add the entire container of sprinkles and stir to combine.
  5. Add the sugar/cocoa mixture to stir to coat. Add the powdered sugar and stir to coat.
  6. Pour onto a baking sheet or piece of wax paper on the counter to allow the chocolate to set for about 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container on the counter.
