Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 15oz Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tbsp White Vinegar+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree+ Add to Shopping List |
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted and cooled+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract+ Add to Shopping List |
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup, room temp+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tsp Baking Soda+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 Tsp Salt+ Add to Shopping List |
2/3 Cup Chocolate Chips, plus more for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, except the chocolate chips. Process until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into the 8x8 baking pan and top with more chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for about 20 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
- ***Use vegan chocolate chips to make brownies vegan***
