Mardi Gras White Chocolate Covered Pretzels





Ingredients:
| Pretzel Twists or Snaps (square shape) |
| 24 oz Vanilla Almond Bark |
| Purple, Yellow, and Green Sprinkles or Sanding Sugar |
Directions:
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate almond bark. Drop 8-10 pretzels in the chocolate and use a fork or toothpick to lift each pretzel, one at a time and let any excess chocolate drip off, and place on a baking sheet. Leave space in between each chocolate covered pretzel. Top with sprinkles.
- Repeat until the almond bark is gone. Work in batches so the sprinkles are added before the chocolate hardens. There is enough for chocolate for about 100 pretzels.
- Let sit on the counter until the chocolate is set. Once set, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container on the counter.
