Sheet Pan Cheesy Hash Browns





Ingredients:
| 30 oz Bag Frozen Shredded Hash Browns, thawed |
| 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
| 4 Tbsp Butter, melted |
| 2 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 2 Eggs, beaten |
| 1 Tsp Salt |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1 Tsp Onion Powder |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the thawed hash browns, cheese, butter, olive oil, beaten eggs, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to a large bowl. Mix to combine. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the hash browns are golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately, while still warm. Enjoy!
