Sheet Pan Cheesy Hash Browns

Ingredients:

30 oz Bag Frozen Shredded Hash Browns, thawed
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the thawed hash browns, cheese, butter, olive oil, beaten eggs, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to a large bowl. Mix to combine. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the hash browns are golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately, while still warm. Enjoy!
