Jalapeno Cheddar Hash Browns

Ingredients:
1 package Simply Potatoes Hash Browns, (20 oz.)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup minced fresh or pickled jalapeno peppers, seeded and deveined
4 drops green hot sauce, optional
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Seasoned salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients evenly.
Preheat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; spray generously with cooking spray. Place half of the hash brown mixture in hot pan and spread out into even layer. Cook until dark brown and crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Repeat with remaining hash brown mixture. Serve hot with sour cream or Top the Tater on the side.
