Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Pulled Chicken

Ingredients:
2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Salted Butter, melted
2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Hamburger Buns, for serving
Sliced Cheese, for serving
Directions:
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add the honey, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine and pour over the chicken.
Close the lid and cook on LOW for 6 hours or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Remove the chicken to a cutting board and use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Put the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Keep warm until ready to serve.
Serve warm and enjoy as is or create a sandwich with hamburger buns, sliced cheese, and any other toppings of your choosing.
