Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Pulled Chicken





Ingredients:
| 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts |
| 1/2 Cup Honey |
| 1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 Cup Salted Butter, melted |
| 2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano |
| 3/4 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream |
| Hamburger Buns, for serving |
| Sliced Cheese, for serving |
Directions:
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the honey, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine and pour over the chicken.
- Close the lid and cook on LOW for 6 hours or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Remove the chicken to a cutting board and use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Put the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Keep warm until ready to serve.
- Serve warm and enjoy as is or create a sandwich with hamburger buns, sliced cheese, and any other toppings of your choosing.
