Burrata, Prosciutto and Arugula Flatbread with Fig Jam

Ingredients:

2 Naan Flatbread
1/4 Cup Fig Jam
2 Balls of Burrata
3 oz Prosciutto
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Arugula
Balsamic Glaze

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the Naan on a baking sheet and spread 2 Tbsp fig jam on each.
  2. Break apart the burrata and divide between each naan. Bake for 7 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven. Divide the prosciutto between each naan and bake for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl toss the arugula with olive oil. Remove the naan from the oven and top each with arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
