Arugula Salad with Burrata & Prosciutto

Ingredients:

4 oz Arugula
3 oz Prosciutto
4 oz Burrata
1/4 Cup Fig Spread or Fig Jam
Honey
Balsamic Glaze
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:

  1. Divide the fig jam/spread between 2 salad bowls and spread across the bottom of each bowl. Drizzle honey over the top.
  2. Divide the arugula between each bowl.
  3. Top each with a ball of burrata cheese.
  4. Evenly divide the prosciutto between each bowl.
  5. Top with walnuts and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
