Burrata, Prosciutto and Arugula Flatbread with Fig Jam





Ingredients:
| 2 Naan Flatbread |
| 1/4 Cup Fig Jam |
| 2 Balls of Burrata |
| 3 oz Prosciutto |
| 1 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| Arugula |
| Balsamic Glaze |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the Naan on a baking sheet and spread 2 Tbsp fig jam on each.
- Break apart the burrata and divide between each naan. Bake for 7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Divide the prosciutto between each naan and bake for another 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl toss the arugula with olive oil. Remove the naan from the oven and top each with arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
