6 Strawberries, divided
4 Basil Leaves, divided
2 Tbsp Simple Syrup
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp St Germain Liqueur

Make the strawberry basil infused vodka. Slice the strawberries in half. Add the strawberries and basil to a mason jar. Add vodka, until the strawberries are completely covered. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 5-7 days to infuse the vodka, shaking every so often. When ready to serve, strain the vodka to remove any larger chunks.
Make the martini. Add 4 strawberries, 2 basil leaves, and the simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle together.
Add ice, followed by the lemon juice, St Germain, and infused vodka. Shake vigorously then strain into 2 martini glasses.
Garnish each with a basil leave and strawberry. Enjoy!
