Mint Chocolate Martini

Ingredients:

3 oz Vodka
3 oz White Creme de Cocoa
1 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe
2 oz Half & Half
Ice
Sugar, for rim
Mint Leaves, for garnish
Shaved Chocolate, for garnish, optional

Directions:

  1. Use water to wet the rim of 2 martini glasses. Dip into the sugar to coat the rim of each glass. Set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, crème de cocoa, crème de menthe, and half & half.
  3. Shake vigorously then strain into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with a mint leaf and shaved chocolate (optional). Enjoy!
