Ingredients:
| 3 Cups Water |
| 3 Cups Sugar |
| Flavor Infusers of your choice; mint, basil, jalapeno, ginger, etc. |
| Hickory Woodchips, for smoker |
Directions:
- Preheat smoker to 2 degrees F with hickory woodchips.
- Add the sugar and water to a large pitcher. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Pour into a 9x13 foil pan.
- Smoke for 2-2 ½ hours.
- Use a ladle to transfer the simple syrup to mason jars. Add flavor infusers of your choosing, optional. Secure the lids and place in the fridge to infuse for at least 30 minutes.
- Can infuse for longer, the flavor will be more intense. To stop the flavor from intensifying, remove any of the infusers you added.
- Add to cocktails of your choice and be creative. Keep in the fridge. Enjoy!
