Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

2 Potatoes, washed and sliced into 8 wedges, each
16 Strips of Bacon
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Top the Tater or Sour Cream, for dipping

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the potatoes and slice into 8 wedges. Place in a Ziploc bag.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and toss to coat.
  4. Remove from the bag and wrap a piece of bacon around each potato wedge. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft and tender and the bacon is crisp. Flip the potatoes after 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Serve with Top the Tater or sour cream on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
