Ingredients:
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
1 1/4 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
Vanilla Ice Cream, for topping
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 4 3 ½-inch mini cast iron skillets on the baking sheet.
- Add the butter and chocolate chips to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Heat until completely melted and smooth, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool slightly for 8-10 minutes.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Once the chocolate has cooled slightly, pour into the egg mixture, and whisk to combine. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk to combine.
- Fill each cast iron skillet about ¾ full (you might have a little batter leftover). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool on the counter for 5-10 minutes.
- To serve, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the center of each brown. Enjoy!
