Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Olive Oil+ Add to Shopping List |
3 Garlic Cloves, minced+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes+ Add to Shopping List |
7 Tbsp Tomato Paste+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar+ Add to Shopping List |
4 Cups Water+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Chicken or Vegetable Bouillon Cubes+ Add to Shopping List |
2 1/4 Cups Large Ring Noodles+ Add to Shopping List |
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus more for garnish+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes, tomato paste, onion powder, and pepper. Stir to combine and continue to cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, water, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to simmer. Add the noodles and stir to combine. Continue to simmer until the noodles are cooked through or the desired texture is reached, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately with additional parmesan sprinkled over the top. Enjoy!
- Any leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
