Homemade Spaghetti-O’s

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
7 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Cups Water
2 Chicken or Vegetable Bouillon Cubes
2 1/4 Cups Large Ring Noodles
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus more for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes, tomato paste, onion powder, and pepper. Stir to combine and continue to cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, water, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to simmer. Add the noodles and stir to combine. Continue to simmer until the noodles are cooked through or the desired texture is reached, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve immediately with additional parmesan sprinkled over the top. Enjoy!
  5. Any leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
