Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Beef+ Add to Shopping List |

Black Pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
Lawry's Seasoned Salt+ Add to Shopping List |
4 6-inch Flour Tortillas+ Add to Shopping List |
4 Slices American Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
Pickle Chips, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Ketchup & Mustard, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Divide the meat into 4 equal size portions and roll into balls. Flatten onto the tortillas until spread almost all the way to the sides. The meat will be very thin. Season with salt, pepper, and Lawry’s seasoned salt.
- Heat a griddle to 300-325 degrees F. Once hot, add the burgers, meat side down, and use a spatula to smash the meat into the griddle. Cook for about 7-8 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
- Flip and add a slice of cheese to each burger. Continue to heat until the cheese is melted.
- Remove to serving plates. Add pickle chips, ketchup, and mustard. Serve and enjoy!
