Ingredients:

1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts+ Add to Shopping List |
8 oz Cream Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
16 oz Salsa Verde+ Add to Shopping List |
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Olive Oil+ Add to Shopping List |
1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tsp Salt+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add the chicken and olive oil to a Ziploc bag and seal the bag. Toss to coat the chicken with the oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour into the Ziploc bag, seal again, and toss to coat the chicken.
- Line the chicken in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the top of the chicken.
- Pour the salsa evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
- Serve and enjoy!
