Ingredients:
| 4 cups cabbage |
| 1 medium onion, chopped |
| 1 pound ground beef |
| 3 garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 teaspoon ginger, grated |
| 3 tablespoon hoisin sauce |
| 3 tablespoon peanut butter |
| 2 tablespoon soy sauce |
| 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce |
Directions:
- Chop the cabbage and onion.
- Prehear skillet medium high. Add the ground beef, and cook until it's just browned (about 5-6 minutes), breaking up along the way.
- Stir in the garlic & ginger and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add in the cabbage and onion and sauté, stirring occasionally, for another 8-10 minutes or until the cabbage is softened and the onions are cooked
- Take the skillet off the heat and stir in the hoisin sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Serve.
