Buffalo Chicken Hashbrown Patties

Ingredients:
4 Hashbrown Patties
1 Cup Shredded Chicken
1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
Fresh Chopped or Dried Chives, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the hashbrown patties according to package instructions.
While the hashbrowns are baking, combine the buffalo sauce and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Once the butter is melted and combined with the buffalo sauce, add the shredded chicken and stir to coat and heat through.
Remove the hashbrowns from the oven and evenly divide the buffalo chicken between the hashbrowns.
Top each with shredded mozzarella and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the top and garnish with fresh chopped or dried chives.
