Ingredients:
| 1 lb Hot Italian Sausage |
| 1 lb Mild Italian Sausage |
| 2 Large Eggs |
| 1 Cup Breadcrumbs |
| 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 3 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1/2 Cup Water (use more as needed) |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and garlic. Slowly add the water, a few Tbsp at a time, mixing with your hands until all ingredients are combined. The mixture should be very moist but hold its shape when rolled into meatballs. Add additional water, if needed.
- Use 1 Tbsp cookie scoop to portion out the mixture. Roll into balls and place on the prepared baking sheets, spaced apart.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached.
- Toss with your favorite sauce and serve. Enjoy!
- ***If you like spicier meatballs, use 2 lbs of the hot Italian sausage and omit the mild Italian sausage.
