Air Fryer Breakfast Tortilla





Ingredients:
| 1 Small Tortilla (6-inch size) |
| 1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 Strip of Bacon, crumbled, or 2 Tbsp Pre Cooked Breakfast Sausage (or both) |
| 1 Large Egg |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle cheese around the perimeter of the tortilla, forming a hole in the center.
- Crack the egg in the center of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the bacon or sausage (or both) over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper, optional. You can season after cooking if you prefer.
- Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and enjoy immediately, while hot!
- If you make more than one breakfast tortilla, the air fryer will be preheated, and the next one won’t need to cook as long. Reduce the cook time by 1 minute, then check for desired doneness. Cook longer if desired.
