Ingredients:
| 2 lbs Chicken Wings |
| 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar, packed |
| 1 Tbsp Paprika |
| 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1 Tsp Onion Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp Cayenne |
| 1/4 Tsp Dried Thyme |
| 1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano |
| 2 Tbsp Honey |
| 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce |
| 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the wings to a Ziploc bag, drizzle with olive oil, seal the bag, and toss to coat the wings.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano. Add to the bag with the wings, seal the bag, and toss to coat the wings.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each wing.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature of each wing should be 165 degrees F.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze. Add the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until simmering. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. The mixture should thicken as it cools.
- Once the wings are done, remove from the oven and brush with the glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy!
