Ingredients:
| 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, softened |
| 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon |
| 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice |
| 6 Tbsp Canned Pumpkin (real pumpkin, not pie filling) |
| 5 Tbsp Honey |
| 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract |
Directions:
- Add the softened butter, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and 1 Tbsp of the canned pumpkin to a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the rest of the canned pumpkin as you continue to whip.
- Add the honey and vanilla and continue whipping until thick and fluffy.
- Transfer to a jar with lid. Serve at room temperature on pancakes, baguette slices, bread, etc. Enjoy!
- Notes:
- Butter should be stored in the fridge until ready to use. Let soften for about 10 minutes or re-whip if needed.
