Ingredients:
6 oz Sour Cream
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper, to taste
8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack or Colby Jack Cheese
1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onions
6 oz Jar Sliced Green Olives, drained
4 oz Can Sliced Black Olives, drained
Loaf of French Bread (one long loaf or two short loaves)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the French Bread in half (widthwise) and then slice each piece in half lengthwise, if using one long loaf. If using two shorter loaves, slice each in half lengthwise. Set aside.
- Combine the sour cream, butter, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the shredded cheese and sliced green onions and stir until combined.
- Add the drained olives and stir until combined.
- Divide the mixture between each piece of bread and spread over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted, the olives are warmed through, and the bread is starting to get crispy.
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a cutting board, and slice on a diagonal. Transfer to a serving platter, serve warm, and enjoy!
