Mini Brie Stars with Wild Berry Jam





Ingredients:
| 1 Sheet Puff Pastry, thawed |
| Brie Cheese |
| Wild Berry Jam, or any jam of choice |
| 1 Egg, beaten |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line 1-2 baking trays with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour the counter then roll out the puff pastry to smooth it out.
- Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes. The size of your cutter will depend on how many pieces you get out of the puff pastry. Recommend using a small cutter for bite sized pieces. Place each piece on the prepared baking sheets, spaced apart.
- Cut the brie into approximately 1 CM cubes and place one in the center of each.
- Brush the edges with egg wash.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and add a small amount of jam on top of the brie, about ½ - 1 Tsp is enough jam.
- Serve warm and enjoy! Can also be enjoyed room temperature as they cool.
