Creole Cream Cheese Wonton Cups





Ingredients:
| 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1 1/2 Tbsp Sour Cream |
| 3/4 Tsp Tony Chachere's Lite Creole Seasoning |
| 2 Tbsp Green Onions, sliced, plus more for garnish |
| 1 Tbsp Red Onion, minced |
| 12 Wonton Wrappers |
| 2 Andouille Sausages, cooked and sliced into 6 pieces each |
| SAUCE INGREDIENTS: |
| 1/4 Cup French Dressing |
| 3/4 Tsp Tony Chachere's Lite Creole Seasoning |
| 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice |
| 1/2 Tsp Sugar |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, creole seasoning, green onion, and red onion in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the French dressing, creole seasoning, lime juice, and sugar.
- Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin well and press down to form a cup shape.
- Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture between each muffin well.
- Add a piece of sliced sausage to each.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are crisp and the sausage and cream cheese mixture is warmed through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the sauce over the top then garnish with a few green onions.
- Serve with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
