Creole Cream Cheese Wonton Cups

Ingredients:
4 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1 1/2 Tbsp Sour Cream 3/4 Tsp Tony Chachere's Lite Creole Seasoning 2 Tbsp Green Onions, sliced, plus more for garnish 1 Tbsp Red Onion, minced 12 Wonton Wrappers 2 Andouille Sausages, cooked and sliced into 6 pieces each SAUCE INGREDIENTS: 1/4 Cup French Dressing 3/4 Tsp Tony Chachere's Lite Creole Seasoning 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice 1/2 Tsp Sugar
Directions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, creole seasoning, green onion, and red onion in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the French dressing, creole seasoning, lime juice, and sugar. Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin well and press down to form a cup shape. Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture between each muffin well. Add a piece of sliced sausage to each. Bake for 10-11 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are crisp and the sausage and cream cheese mixture is warmed through. Remove from the oven and drizzle the sauce over the top then garnish with a few green onions. Serve with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
