Ingredients:
| 1 Tube Crescent Roll Dough (8oz) |
| Pizza Sauce |
| Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
| Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 8 oz Pepperoni, cut in half |
| Italian Seasoning |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface. Separate into 4 rectangles and pinch together any perforated edges (keep 2 triangles together to form a rectangle).
- Use a pizza cutter to cut each rectangle into 3 1-inch-wide strips, lengthwise.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on each.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Place pepperoni halves on the top half of each strip, slightly overlapping, and hanging off the dough.
- Tightly roll, being careful to keep the pepperoni from falling out.
- Place each in the prepared muffin tin. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top, optional. Enjoy!
