Ingredients:
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Salted Butter, softened
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
3/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
9 Fun Size Butterfinger Bars, crushed
10 oz Chocolate Almond Bark
Directions:
- Add the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat on medium-high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Add the powdered sugar, graham crackers, and ½ cup crushed Butterfingers (about 6 fun-size bars). Beat on medium-low until well combined, about 1 ½ minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a 1 Tbsp cookie scoop to scoop the mixture into balls and place on the baking sheet. You should have enough for 24-25 balls. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Add the almond bark to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Dip a ball into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off. Place back on the baking sheet and repeat until all balls have been coated in chocolate.
- Scrape the remaining melted chocolate into a piping bag or Ziploc bag. Snip off the tip and drizzle chocolate over the top of each ball. Sprinkle with the remaining crushed Butterfinger. Work quickly as the chocolate will set fast.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Enjoy!
