Balsamic Sautéed Peppers and Onions





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
| 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced |
| 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
| Salt, to taste |
| Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add sliced peppers and onions and cook until lightly browned and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper, to taste. Keep warm until ready to serve.
