Boursin Stuffed Chicken Breast





Serves 4
Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts+ Add to Shopping List |
1 package Herb & Garlic Boursin, cut in 4+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 stick butter, melted+ Add to Shopping List |
1 cup Panko flakes+ Add to Shopping List |
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
Pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create a pocket. Place 1 piece of Boursin in each pocket, fold chicken over, tucking in the cheese. Seal opening shut with 3 toothpicks or twine. Season all sides of chicken with salt & pepper. Roll chicken in butter, then in panko flakes. Place in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy!
