Roast Beef Crostini with Horseradish Sour Cream and Fresh Thyme





Serves 12
Ingredients:
| Recipe crostini, from below |
| Recipe horseradish sour cream, from below |
| Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish |
| 1/2 lb premium roast beef, sliced thinly |
- Lay a half slice of roast beef accordian style on top of crostini and top with a dollop of horseradish sour cream. (about 1/2 teaspoon) Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and serve at room temperature.
| 1 cup sour cream |
| 1 tablespoon Rothschild Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip |
| 2 drops Tabasco or hot sauce |
| Sea salt, to taste |
- Whisk together in small bowl. Will keep for 1 week in covered container in fridge.
| 1 baguette, sliced thinly |
| Olive oil |
| Fresh garlic cloves, cut in half |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brush bread slices with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp but still a little tender to the bite, like toast. Cool 10 minutes and rub each slice lightly with cut end of fresh garlic cloves.
