Roasted Garlic Cloves





Serves 16
Ingredients:
| 4 heads fresh garlic |
| 2 tablespoons Olive oil |
| Salt, to taste |
| Freshly ground pepper, to taste |
| Olive oil cooking spray |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Using the heel of your hand, press down hard on each head of garlic on the root end, top end facing down on your board. This should break the heads of garlic apart into individual cloves. Toss all of the broken apart cloves with the skins intact in a medium bowl with about 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spread out onto a sheet pan sprayed with olive oil cooking spray and cover with foil. Roast the garlic cloves for 45 minutes or until tender. Set aside to cool and leave skins on.
