Jarlsberg Cheese Dip

Serves 12


Ingredients:

1 cup shredded Jarlsberg cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup scallions
1/4 cup red onion

Directions:

  1. Shred cheese into a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, scallions and onion. Mix well. Put in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving for best flavor. You can make ahead the night before to help make preparing for your gathering a little easier.
  3. Serve as a spread with assorted crackers or sliced baguette.
