Ingredients:
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 cup Green Olives in Chili mix
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup toasted pinenuts
Directions:
In greased baking dish place tomatoes, olives, garlic & balsamic vinegar. Toss together and spread out. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until tomatoes burst and balsamic vinegar is syrupy.
Place in food processor and pulse 3-4 times, or until semi-chunky Serve over brie or triple cream cheese with pinenuts sprinkled on top.
