Roasted Turkey and Portabella Panini





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 1 loaf ciabatta bread |
| 4 cups roasted turkey meat, pulled apart |
| 1 cup Garlic & Herb Alouette Spread |
| 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 8 oz portabella mushroom caps, sliced |
| 1 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped |
| 4 slices provolone cheese |
| Salt, to taste |
| Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in wide skillet on high heat. Add portabella mushrooms and let cook 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, turn heat to medium and cook another 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Cut ciabatta in half lengthwise. Spread both cut sides with Alouette. On bottom half sprinkle turkey breast, red bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese.
- Put top on and press down. Use a panini machine if you have one, otherwise place in 400 degrees F oven with heavy ovenproof pan on top and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- If you want to grill it, place it on a medium hot grill with heavy heatproof pan and cook 20 minutes. Cut in desired pieces and enjoy!
