Ingredients:
1 loaf ciabatta bread
4 cups roasted turkey meat, pulled apart
1 cup Garlic & Herb Alouette Spread
1/4 cup olive oil
8 oz portabella mushroom caps, sliced
1 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
4 slices provolone cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in wide skillet on high heat. Add portabella mushrooms and let cook 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, turn heat to medium and cook another 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cut ciabatta in half lengthwise. Spread both cut sides with Alouette. On bottom half sprinkle turkey breast, red bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese.
Put top on and press down. Use a panini machine if you have one, otherwise place in 400 degrees F oven with heavy ovenproof pan on top and bake for 15-20 minutes.
If you want to grill it, place it on a medium hot grill with heavy heatproof pan and cook 20 minutes. Cut in desired pieces and enjoy!
