Broccoli, Tomato & Feta Gratin

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 pecorino romano
1/2 cup crumbled feta
Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1/2 head broccoli florets
1 cup grape tomatoes
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds, then add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cook 1 minute and set aside.
Place broccoli and tomatoes in a baking dish big enough so the vegetables are spread out. Mix the cheeses into the cream and pour over the vegetables.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
