Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 cup basmati rice+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons oil+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon Urban Accents Thai Garden Spice Mix+ Add to Shopping List |
1 cup chicken broth+ Add to Shopping List |
1 cup coconut milk+ Add to Shopping List |
1 teaspoon salt+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon fine minced lemongrass+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- In sauce pan, heat oil on high heat, add raw rice and saute 1 minute. Add broth, milk and salt. Bring to boil, turn down to simmer and cover part way. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, turn off heat and let sit covered for 10 more minutes. Add lemongrass, fluff with a fork, and serve.
