MontAMore Bruschetta

Serves 6


Ingredients:

7 ripe plumb tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
7 oz Sartori MontAMore cheese, crumbled
1 baguette French bread
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix tomatoes, cheese, garlic 1 tablespoon Of the olive oil, and balsamic in a bowl. Add basil, salt and pepper. Slice baguette, brush with remaining olive oil and toast 5-6 minutes at 450 degrees F. Top baguette with bruschetta. Serve.
