Cordon Blue Gruyere Pick

Ingredients:

Ham slice
Cream Cheese
1 Red pepper
Gruyere Cheese, cubed
Mini Dill Pickle

Directions:

  1. Lay out ham slices and spread with cream cheese.
  2. Julianne red pepper and place on top of cream cheese and ham. Roll-up and cut into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Alternate mini dill pickle, ham roll-up, cubed Gruyere cheese and again ham roll-up on a wooden pick.
