Ingredients:
| 1 9-inch Pie Crust, thawed if frozen |
| 6 oz Precooked, Smoked Ham, diced |
| 6 oz Gruyere Cheese, shredded |
| 4 Large Eggs |
| 1 1/2 Cups Half & Half |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Lay the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan and fold over the edges.
- Scatter the ham and shredded cheese in the pie crust.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and half & half. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes to firm up. Slice and serve warm. Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!
