Ham & Gruyere Quiche

Ingredients:

1 9-inch Pie Crust, thawed if frozen
6 oz Precooked, Smoked Ham, diced
6 oz Gruyere Cheese, shredded
4 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Half & Half
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Lay the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan and fold over the edges.
  3. Scatter the ham and shredded cheese in the pie crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and half & half. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is slightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes to firm up. Slice and serve warm. Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!
